"I was with Larry DiBiase since 2011. It's been down hill since he left. Customer service is lacking. Carmen doesn't return phone calls or emails. She says she will call you back and never does. When you do manage to speak to her, she uses a very fake customer service tone and her wording is condescending. The newer receptionist, Paulina, is mostly nice but young and seems to lack professional training. I miss being able to call and they know my name. I miss dealing with people who actually cared and would return my calls. I miss the workers asking about my family who have also been with this company for probably close to 20 years. This company is frustrating beyond words now. We transferred to Chuck Nash and are hoping for better customer service."

"The new staff is horrendous. That 20 something receptionist has zero customer service skills and is just plain rude. I don't care that you need to hire personnel that speak Spanish, at least make sure they have the proper skills to interact with the public, she does not. And if she doesn't know the answer to the questions, she doesn't need to be at that desk alone giving out false information. And why do they allow their employees to wear slippers as daily attire? You can't get anyone to anyone to answer a phone either."
